Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2024: Apply Online for 8 Law Clerk Positions

Gauhati High Court (Gauhati HC) has announced vacancies for 8 permanent Law Clerk positions. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are invited to apply online before the deadline on 25th April 2024.

Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:

  • Post: Law Clerks
  • Vacancy: 8
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
  • Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Law or PhD in Law
  • Pay: Rs 30,000 per month

  • Starting Date of Online Application: 5th April 2024
  • Last Date of Online Application: 25th April 2024
  • Last Date for Fee Payment: 30th April 2024

Mode of Recruitment: Candidates will undergo a written test worth 120 marks, with a duration of 2 hours. Based on their performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews, which carry a weightage of 30 marks.

Fee Structure:

  • Application Fee: The application fee is Rs 500/- for general candidates and Rs 250/- for SC/ST candidates.
  • Payment Method: Online via debit card, credit card, or net banking
