Eligibility A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university or institute coupled with 7 years of legal experience as an advocate, or

A Master’s Degree in Law obtained from an accredited university or institution, along with a minimum of five years of professional legal experience as a practicing advocate.

Desirable: Two years of experience in handling trials under special laws pertaining to armed forces as well as associated court cases.
